A deep tissue, therapeutic massage to help relieve pain.
I adjust my pressure to your needs, but a deep tissue massage does require medium to strong pressure to really release the layers of your tension – I will guide you through deep breathing if needed. My goal is for you to enjoy the massage, while still working tension and pain away.
Among other things, deep tissue massage helps to relieve muscular tension, overworked muscles and connective tissue (fascia); helps to reduce headaches and symptoms of carpal tunnel; can relieve mental and emotional stress; and improves circulation which increases immune function and range of movement, and boosts levels of oxytocin.
Life is busy, and at times can be stressful. My goal is to bring you to a state of calmness and relaxation to reset your body and mind. I adjust my pressure to your needs, ranging from a gentle and light touch to medium pressure; aromatic essential oils are part of the experience. Option to add-on access bars.
A relaxation massage has many health benefits including the relief of headaches and tense muscles, mental and emotional stress, depression and anxiety; and improves circulation which increases immune function and boosts levels of oxytocin.

You will find my location to the right side of the BLEND espresso café in Outram. You will pass the wooden gate and pass their toilet and straight down the alley. There will be a sign and easy to find. No drop ins, only by booking.
